Where Everything Started

I joined Emetack in November 2019 , and my journey began as a receptionist. After a thorough recruitment process, I was eager to embrace this new opportunity. With mentorship, I gained invaluable skills that would shape my future.

Then, the COVID-19 epidemic hit us hard. We faced significant losses and uncertainty, but we turned to God for strength. Regardless of the challenges, we refused to give up. We stood firm, loving and supporting Emetack with all our abilities, trusting that God was in control.

After two years away to advance my studies, I returned to Emetack, where I was promoted to lead the marketing department and eventually became a branch manager. Emetack's commitment to nurturing talent and fostering growth has been instrumental in my development, allowing me to take on new challenges and develop valuable skills.

In 2020, I had a dream to start a charity organization aimed at transforming and impacting young girls. Through Emetack, my vision became a reality. I founded the Yaki Charity Foundation for Children Uganda, dedicated to supporting vulnerable children. With Emetack's support, we launched the Ensonga program, which provides essential items to young girls struggling with period stigma.

Additionally, Emetack stood with me when I organized a charity dinner in 2024, which successfully raised funds to cover school requirements for 15 children for an entire year.

I am deeply grateful to Emetack for empowering young people in my community. Together, we are making a significant difference in Masaka and throughout Uganda.
